Is it just me, or does Howard look like Brad Majors from The Rocky Horror Picture Show? I realize it's not the same actor, as Barry Bostwick played Brad. But they look so much alike.

Actually, you take a blandly handsome man, put the dork glasses on him, and he'll look pretty much like either of them.

Actually, O'Neal has been quoted as saying that he based Howard on Cary Grant' character in BRINGING UP BABY...this film was supposedly a "re-thinking" of that Grant-Hepburn classic.

When Brad Pitt dresses up as the doctor in Ocean's Eleven, he looks like Ryan O'Neal's character Howard Bannister.

Yeah, he looks absolutely like Brad Majors from Rocky Horror! In fact I thought was the same actor, so It's not just you!
