Haven’t we had enough sequels and reboots? Our cinemas have become closed-shops for new ideas. Everyone swamped the cinemas for the latest Jurassic Park film and yet nobody really said it was any good. Marketing overload pied-pipered us to the cinema as if audiences didn’t have a choice and it worked. Like cattle to a feeding trough. Will we make the same mistake again?
It wasn’t long ago that Star Wars: The Phantom Menace came out after such great anticipation, only for audiences to be disappointed in its artistic quality....
