Great one...

In my personal opinion, the scene near the beginning of the movie where he's trudging through the snow, and the Bach song is playing, is fantastic... the song and scene were etched into my mind for a few days after seeing it. I didn't realize that the director was the same one that did The World According to Garp, and I guess my only somewhat critically negative observation of the film, was that it seemed a little disjointed in areas... did anyone notice this as well?

I think the movie was deliberatly disjointed. After all, it's the story of a man who's life is disjointed as he jumps around in time.

Or was Billy Pilgrim just halucinating from post traumatic stress disorder due to the guilt he felt at surviving the horrific bombing of Dresden?
