Enjoyed the film more

I first saw the movie 10 years ago, but just finished the book. While there were bits and pieces missing or added, I really enjoyed the added visual effect of the time skipping, such as the quick back/forth flips between the "election" at the prison camp and the crowd at the Lyon's Club, a technique which couldn't work in words. I was disappointed, though, to learn that my favorite line from the movie wasn't one of Vonnegut's (We don't mince phraseologies...).

I'm going to re-read just in case I missed something, now knowing in advance that I shouldn't keep looking for film elements.

you definitely missed something when you read this book since this book makes this movie look like a ground up piece of dead fetus

I found the movie very moving as well as the book. linscott9's description is the hyperbole of a fool.
