I have not read the book nor seen the film.

Is this the one with a man covered with tattoos all over his body?

I remember seeing a movie like that when I was younger, and I wonder if this is the one. If not, kindly direct me to the right film.

You might be referring to The Illustrated Man (1969) which was a film based on a book by Ray Bradbury. Slaughterhouse Five is based on the novel by Kurt Vonnegut.
