The lack of an explosion after Bronson's character pushes the car off the cliffside road was an unexpected surprise. Its become a pyrotechnic cliché over the years in Hollywood film that a car forced down a steep incline or an outright cliff has to explode. Can anybody name any other thriller or action flick where the car isn't made to explode?
