Most intelligent villains?

I think the villains in the film are amongst cinemas most intelligent. I would rank them right alongside say Hannibal Lecter. Your thoughts?

Well, I liked Sadie's skillful intellectual wrangling with the difficult theories of Sigmund Frood, and Junior's clever impression of members of the Ranidae family was so frighteningly real, I would not be the least surprised to hear he had given serious and solemn study of their habitat.
