I think if Brando wasn't such a tool, they could have used him in GFII in prequel side.

I know to some it's probably sacrilege to say this but I think it would have significantly enhanced the prequel scenes if Brando had reprised the role in place of De Niro who's performance I think was insanely overrated. A performance that imo was nowhere near his best & robbing the more deserving Al Pacino of the critical accolades.
