Help anybody else have a problem with their DVD-copy

Help anybody else have a problem with their DVD-copy?

I just recently bought this great film but my copy seem to be bad or something. I ahve played it in both my DVD-player and my xbox360 and it sorta vibrates and makes sounds. Not a scratch on the copy or anything. Anybody else having this problem? I noticed that the front of the acctual DVD has a sort of relief with Steve MQ, could this be the problem? The version I bought is the one with virtuell commentary by the actors and another commentary by some fellas named Redman, Seydor, Simmons and DAvid Weddle, all that plus a trailer. The reason that I ask is that I can't find my receipt so I wanted to know if this was a reocurring problem. I can watch it on my computer but want to see it on my TV.

Does anybody know how to make a copy of it because I can't split up the movie. A thing I wopuld have to because it takes up over 6 gb. There seem to be no problem with the acctual movie while watching it is just that it makes so much noise.
