i don't remember beynon being a sheriff

And I thought his name was Benyon.
Even though it's listed as:
"Cast (in credits order)verified as complete" - there seems to be a misspelling.
On the topic though, what IS his occupation? He's at the parole hearing as a member of the prison board? He's a parttime criminal? The devil himself?
