I love Peanuts, I grew up with them. And I was really sad when Charles Schulz died.

but anyway, there is one thing about this particular Peanuts episode that I didn't understand. In the beginning, Sally said "I haven't even finished eating all my Halloween candy"

if I remember right, in the Halloween special (It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown), didn't Sally spend the whole night in the pumpkin patch with Linus waiting for the Great Pumpkin?

so where did all of the Halloween candy come from?

Lucy was asking for candy for Linus while they were all out trick-or-treating, so I'm assuming that Charlie Brown asked for some extras for Sally. I seem to remember that happening, but I may be wrong.

Well, this Thanksgiving may not have been the same year that she sat up all night in the Pumkin Patch,[ because I'm sure Sally learned her lesson and only did that once.
