I admit I have been watching Boy meets world too much. I half expected to see Eric wandering aimlessly down the street screaming his Feeney call

Very "coincidential" that George Feeney teaches/is principal at John Adams High school in the show...

Both took place in Philadelphia. Eerie!!!

It was probably intentional. Surprised they didn't name the character George Franklin.

I kept thinking about St. Elsewhere, even though I haven't seen it in many years.

It was absolutely intentional. The writers said they did it on purpose.
