Why Did The Dentist Character Disappear?
In the first two seasons, they had the paranoid Dr. Kaplan, guitar-playing Dr. Cardosa and the Japan-loving Dr. Futterman who agreed to do dental work on Sgt. Zale in exchange for a pass to Tokyo.

I only want three days. I wanna visit a Shinto shrine. I wanna see the Kabuki.
I wanna spend an evening with a girl I can think about in years to come when my wife is talking to me.
Okay. We'll see Henry.
Henry? In the great mouth of life, Henry Blake is but a temporary filling.
