the widescreen issue
Has anyone confirmed yet (not guessed) whether the original series 1 + 2 were filmed in widescreen, and were hence cropped for TV?
Or were they filmed in 1:33 and have now been cropped for dvd?
As one user suggested the best way to confirm this would be to look at an old recording of an episode and compare it with the dvd release.
Is the season 3 release in 1:33 on the dvd? Like it says on so many sites. So why did they change the filming format?
