Why did the
psychiatrist's accent keep changing? Was the shrink a complete figment of George's imagination? Was it meant to imply he had completely cracked up, not just suicidal? I picked up early on that the so-called enemy maligning him to everyone he knows was really him - whether or not he was aware he was doing it - but was he totally gone?
