If not, how could it possibly be legal, and what kind of father is Melvin Van Peebles to have allowed his son to break his cherry and be filmed doing so in the name of movie-making? I dunno if Melvin would have really had his own son having real sex on camera. If BaadAssss! was any indication, Melvin's logic was that he wouldn't do with somebody else's child what he wouldn't do with his own. I dunno what that REALLY meant..
Part of the reason why a lot of the sex scenes in the movie looked so real was because Melvin was trying to convince the unions he was making a porn film.

If you look at the budget and release of this movie, there is no possible way that they faked the scene with Mario. It would have cost them too much money, and they figured no one was paying attention anyway.
