Which is the best version to buy?

For about $40 you could buy the "Bava Box 2" & get a bunch of Mario Bava quasi-classics including "Lisa & the Devil" double featured with "The House of Exorcism", "Baron Blood", etc. Most of the pics have audio commentary material & are remastered, letterboxed & are available with their original language audiotrack. It's a great deal. Anchor Bay & subsidiaries released it.

I haven't seen the one in the Bava 2 box set, but the Elite Entertainment one has horrible sound. You can barely hear what is going on. I hope the one in the Bava box is better.

I think the one in the Bava set has a Tim Lucas commentary. That would definitely be the one to buy (but you might want to rent a copy first just to see).
