Did anyone else feel like this was....
just a gory version of a Scooby Doo episode? If only those meddling teens hadn't shown up we would have gotten away with this!
shareIt did seem like it at times. I also kept sitting there thinking "WHAT do these stupid teenagers have to do with the plot?" I enjoyed it, but talk about the longest diversion plot ever.
shareI enjoyed it too, it was a fun little movie, though I didn't love it. I gave it a 7 out of 10, I generally find Bava's movies enjoyable enough. So many times though with these Italian films the sets, location, music, cinematography, cast (especially the girls) and other things really make these movies, as the plots are convoluted or confusing, and many times poorly written.
shareYou're not kidding. I can't make heads or tails of half the giallo plots. Some of Bava's films, in particular, are just a convoluted mess. This film bordered on nonsensical at times, itself. It was so hard to keep track of who was killing who and why, or who the characters even were half the time.
