I just watched the Blu-Ray and I don't think their lips ever touch. As they are about to touch, the lights go out, Neville and Lisa turn their heads away (before the kiss is consummated ), then they realize the Family had gotten in and jump into action. No kiss here.

If I'm not mistaken, Lisa kisses Neville before she goes shopping.
