Just heard the news that Darren McGavin passed away...

Yes, it is sad. I will always think of him as Carl Kolchak.

Very sad. He did some fun work on Murphy Brown and the week he died I watched him give a brilliant performance as Frank Blacks' father in the series "Millenium". But I'll always love him for "Kolchak"
