In one scene, while the vampire is sitting in the car, stalking a female victim, it seems as if we see his eyes in the rearview mirror of the car. It could just be the way the shot was filmed....what do you think?
This movie never established whether vampires can be seen in a mirror. Yeah, they included all the other classic vampire attributes, but they never mentioned mirrors.
With so much lore surrounding vampires, I need each vampire movie to explain which set of criteria they are using.

If the scene you are referring to is the one where they focus on his face (eyes and nose specifically) in an elongated shape, no, it's not the rear-view mirror. It's just a close-up. It just for some reason appears to be in the shape of a rear-view mirror.
Just watched it again. Definately the way it was shot, not a rear-view mirror. You can see his fingers in the foreground, and also, when he gets out of the car, he moves toward the driver's side door. If it was a rear-view mirror, he would have been moving toward the passenger side door. Further backed up by the fact that the same effect was used when he confronted the woman after dispatching the doberman, standing in front of her.
