Yes it's on now and as boring as ever. Racing is good, but a little more dialogue and character interaction would be appreciated.

I agree. 2 hours of listening to the roar of engines causes headache, brain damage,and hearing loss.

It is a movie about the race, not about a bunch of characters. They had to put some in, of course, but choosing to avoid more clichéd stuff about the hard life of the drivers and their families made it a much better movie about the race. The weakness that drags Grand Prix down from being as great a racing movie is that there are too many characters, and too many cheesy, made-up story lines.
