Saw this again for the 1st time in a while. I forgot how great it is!

Wow. Just wow. This is some picture. I know it was made on the cheap, and it kinda shows, but to my mind, that just adds to the realism, the grittiness of the movie. Someone else mentions that New York itself is a big character in the movie, and damn, he's right. The stakeout scenes, the trailing them on the street scenes, the scenes where Popeye is absolutely freezing his ass off while the Frogs are comfy and warm and eating escargot and chateaubriand.

And then there's the iconic subway scene with Frog 1, and the subway chase scene with Frog 2. Incredible. Whatta movie!
