The Plot:

The Joker descided get out of Gotham (after he escaped from Gotham) to setup a a new shop, he pickets San Franscio, a city with a Liberal lay back values. Once he sets up shop, he goes on a crime spreed which leaves murder and mayham in it's wake. Then came the Joker Gas attacks and a drug epidemic call Joker Crack. The City is now facing chaos from this pyschopathic clown until the city's champion and savior Inspector Harry Callahan. Harry and his Smith&Wesson Model 29 stands in the way of Joker's chaos.
