take out blofeld
so blofeld is on a modified oil rig in the middle of the sea threatening the world, so how hard would it have been to just drop a few bombs on him?? he had no millitary to protect him.
shareI never quite understood that either. Bond just bangs Blofeld's sub into the building a few times then leaves him dangling there assuming the explosions on the rig will be enough to take him out? Seems a bit sloppy.
shareSeemed more like a way to leave the door open for Blofeld to return again, but of course at that point no one could anticipate the legal minefield that would keep Blofeld and SPECTRE from appearing again for decades.
