I remember back in about 1985 I got my first VCR. I'd heard a lot about CO when I was a kid and I like weird movies, so I rented it first. Apparently, the VHS I rented was edited. There was some gore, but not nearly as much as i'd been told.

ACO was originally rated X for it's violence, sexual content, and adult situations. There never was any "gore" in the film...hardly even any blood for that matter.
