if you didn't like it just rate it poorly, no need to clog the message boards with stupid blanket statements like "I didn't like it," especially when virtually everyone else that sees it loves it.

After reading the brilliant analysis and counter arguments he made I am stunned that for decades I've thought so highly of thus film.
I mean after the points laid out by the op I truly think he will change many minds.
It's the meticulous point by point attention to the minute details of the film that makes his review so deserving of a place in the annals of film critique.
I believe the op has indeed found their true profession in the field of film study and critique.
