why is this so great?
i gave it a couple watches and i still don't get it. really was just a bunch of nonsense to me and i thought it was kinda sick. i was thinking it got like a 6 or so, but gah an 8.3? really?
shareFirst off its based on a book, if u never read it you won't understand some of words, but you have to be smart to like the movie. Really the movie has so much to say on so many levels that In itself makes it great

shareI'll admit it's kind of hard to understand what they are saying but just turn on the caption and it's easy to follow. I found the fact that this took place in the future yet the characters speak in what seems like Shakespearean English hilarious.
Anyways the film is really about more than just what happens, it is about morality, it is about if you force someone to be good have you really changed them, it's about taking away a persons freewill for the greater good, it's about political corruption, it's about totalitarianism, and on top of that it is so over the top in its absurdity that it makes me laugh my ass off.
