Just a quick question...what age did you age did you watch this?

Read about it when I was 12.
Read the novel when I was 15.
Saw the movie when I was 16.
Bought the DVD when I was 22.
Bought the Blu-Ray Anniversary edition a couple years back.

And just watched it again about a week ago.

I first heard about this film in my twenties. I'm 32 and watching it right now.

I had a good thirty... And this movie remains one of my favorites because of its underlying about/subject (ie. the cynicism of a world that uses and turns everything to its advantage).

I originally tried reading the book for school when I was 17 but it was confusing so I just watched the movie instead. I later did read the book and enjoyed it very much just two years ago when I was 29. The movie is relatively true to the book except for the final chapter and I watch the movie pretty much once a year at least.

Yes, the book (I read the French translation, but it should remain the same about the language Anthony Burgess imagined) is very pecial because of the invented "jargon", but it's also its charm ^^ As you, I liked both the book and the movie (this being rare for me, often I don't like the adaptations). I read the book before I watched the movie.

I was 14. Watched it at HS friends house sleepover. His hippie aunt rented viddytape of it and smoked weed with us.
