Jew Interpretation of Anglo-Saxon culture
If you look at this film from the POV of Kubrick being a Jew--his view of anglo-saxons is mocking and negative. Burgess added the ending of the story to suggest Alex reaches maturity and becomes a positive member of society--but Kubrick has to leave it negative. Don't trust the government, people are corrupt and bad (well, if a non jew anyway).
This is the heart of the story.
Also ironic that Burgess was inspired by his wife's rape by American Gis who would not have done it if it weren't for Jews pushing to involve the US in a war against their fellow teutonic kin.
Oy vey!
