I only saw this movie once (in a theater on 1974) but the character of Cindy made an impression on me. Although she was a strong woman, she scared me! Anyone else feel that way about Cindy?

She was also a total hypocrite, sneering glossily at Jonathan's advances but then suggesting he nip by for some afternoon delight - while at the same time telling him to put the frighteners on Sandy for (potentially) doing such a thing with Bobbie, that 'tub of lard' (very sisterly of her)!
Maybe she was jealous. After all, Bobbie was a million times more attractive than the skeletal, masculine Cindy.
She came across as cold, cruel and manipulative, and also self-centered - much like Jonathan. Honestly, that is scary.
