Hi, I (and probably many others) would be really interested to hear of any stories from people who were at woodstock or knew people that attended. I've searched and found a few stories but much less than what I expected. So please don't hesitate to write down anything you remember!

Well, this isn't a first-hand story, but I happen to have two relatives that got engaged at the festival. It wasn't a formal, bending-down-on-one-knee, presenting-an-expensive-ring deal; it was more of an impulsive idea, bought on by the sheer excitement of the time and place. Did their marriage work, you may wonder? Yes - for a time. They stayed married for over one decade, but eventually went their separate ways.
