I bought the DVD on line, watched it last night. Not the least of the surprises was the nudity. Considering the age of the actress, is it even legal in the US to possess this DVD?

What nudity? Not the version I saw on TCM.

It's perfectly legal to own since it's not actual child pornography.

Yes, it's fine. The film streams on Hulu and is sold on Amazon, which shows it's 100% legal.

Nonsexual nudity is legal at any age.

Yes, correct. Some people just can't comprehend the fact that nudity does not make something pornographic.

In the Southern United States, No, it is illegal with a possibly penalty of 15 years to life.

In the normal United States, it is of course legal.
