Is the 210 minute version available?

Reading through the trivia it states that there is a 3+ hour version of this film, yet the only version available (online) is the 80 minute version. Is the longer cut out there? I seem to remember watching a longer version with more Lennon and Yoko, and more McCartney arguing on YouTube like 7 years ago...

The actual version itself hasn't been officially released in good quality, and the 210 minute version is buried at Apple.

I'm not saying I'm Spider-Man, but nobody has seen me and Bruce Wayne in teh same room together, now have they?
