playing in Atlanta

Had the pleasure of seeing this at the Midtown Art Cinema in Atlanta, last night. It was dubbed, but I didn't see much [or any] pan and scan. But I may just have an untrained eye. Still, if you're in the area I suggest you go see it because it'll probably only be there for a week [at most].

I caught it earlier today and the audio was Italian and French with subtitles.

reply

Really? We saw it Sunday at Midtown and it was subtitled. We've gone to dozens of foreign films there over the past couple of years since it reopened as Landmark's Midtown Art, and we've never run across a dubbed film!

reply

I just saw the 4:35 showing today. It wasn't dubbed. It was beautiful.

Did anyone else enjoy the trailer for "The Passenger"?

reply

It was extremely beautiful, but it was dubbed. I promise you.

reply

I also probably took your ticket; I was working usher.

reply

Ok, maybe there is some confusion. What language are we talking about it being dubbed in? If English, then no. It was certainly subtitled. If French or Italian, or just a dubbed over version, then that is possible.

But I'm positive it had subtitles. My father came with me, and he had to bring his glasses because of the subtitles, and they were put to use.

reply

I never said it was dubbed in english. Or that it didn't have subtitles.

reply

Yes, but you managed to disagree with us and point out that you are an employee there, but you were never very clear on the actual issue to begin with.

reply

And you managed to misunderstand me and beat around the bush, thinking you knew what I was talking about.

reply

...one of the cute girls?
