Can anyone give me any examples why they thought the cinematography was so great in this film?

The scene in the asylum, distant shots when he's walking along the staircase, ballroom scenes, etc... Just beautiful.

the sun shines into a room and the venetian blinds cast shadows on the wall and giulia is standing there wearing a black and white striped dress...thought that looked really cool
