The Conformist
Luna
The Last Emperor
The Spider's Stratagem
Little Buddha

The Grim Reaper, Before the Revolution, Partner, Last Tango, 1900, and The Dreamers all have wonderful things in them even if the films themselves are not of consistent greatness.

I still need to see Tragedy of a Ridiculous Man, Stealing Beauty, Besieged, and Me & You. I didn't care for The Sheltering Sky.
