Wasted use of Christopher's Lee's iconic role as Dracula IMO. The interaction between Dracula and Van Helsing had zero substance. Klaus Kinski's version of Renfield was nondescript at best and Dracula's defeat at the end seemed rushed and lazy. Franco had did some decent work, this isn't one of them IMO.

I've only seen this once, a very long time ago. I remember Lee said he did it because it seemed a chance to play a Dracula who was closer to Stoker's original. But unfortunately he wasn't over-impressed with the results.
