why this movie banned in Portugal ? can anybody explain to me ?

Apparently, it was because of the scene with nudity in it. That's what it says on the Wikipedia page, at least.

what nudity ?? I've seen on television and no nudity on every scene..

Even assuming you're in the US, that may be your first problem....you've seen it edited for TV (broadcast & even cable). The brief dream sequenxe in which there's female nudity in 'Catch 22' was audacious for its time and may have been the first glance of full frontal for a MPAA rated R film.
