Did anyone else see the play with Randell and Klugman

It was around 35-40 years ago. It was not to long after the TV series had ended. Mom and Dad took me to Dallas for some reason and there was Mr. Randell and Mr. Klugman (and, I think, Al Molinaro) in the Simon play. I don't know if it was one night only or a run also I don't know if it was a one shot or if they took it over the coutry. All I know is I saw this. Did anyone else?

Saw them in Boston back in 1994. Seemed a little strange seeing the play after watching the TV series for years. There are several differences between the two.

While it was a good show, and enthusiastically received, by then they were too old to be playing characters that should have been in their 40's. (Then) 70 year old Jack Klugman, with his voice pretty much reduced to a raspy whisper, saying (in character) goodnight to his pre-teen daughter (over the telephone) was strange, to say the least.
