Has anybody ever had Veal Prince Orloff?
I have been curious about this dish for 23 years. I bought Julia Child's cookbook and she shares a recipe for Turkey Orloff, which I've made probably 4 times in the past 20+ years. This dish is somewhat time consuming and complicated and thoroughly delicious. I can't imagine how wonderful the original veal dish must be.
