So many of her shows have her demeaned:

- Her sister
- The young lady who almost replaces her
- With Mary on that trip
- When she loses her job
- Her bf makes a pass at Mary

Sue Ann demeaned almost everyone. That was the character. She was a local celebrity and she knew it. It was good seeing her get her comeuppance every once in a while.

Murray was also demeaning but usually just to Ted and Sue Ann.
