Taking everything into account. The quality of each episode, the success of the show, the Iconic characters, keeping the quality going over the length of the shows run.
I can only think of a few shows in the same neighborhood.

MASH had good comic writing its first four seasons or so before it degenerated into The Alan Alda Show with that awful self-righteous soapboxing it became known for. Altman, who didn't make a dime off the series, hated it and the celebratory air with which the series was feted at the time. 30+ years has not been kind to MASH, however, and I imagine it is remembered far less fondly now.
shareMTM has been my all-time favorite show for decades. It's the perfect show IMO.
