Does anyone know if the DVD (with two discs/disc 2 being a double sided disc) has the Josie and The P-Cats (Don't want to get banned for the P word) in outer space?

No the second series has been released on it's own from the Warner Archive. You can order it from wbshop or amazon, but is not available in stores.
It is only in region 1, so if you live in a place with another region, sadly i would suggest getting a region free player or a region 1 player because now most HB shows are only coming out this way.
