in the theme song, there is another musical instrument besides a guitar [Josie], drums [Melody] & tambourines [Valerie]. It can be seen/heard here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzdaVKQvqQw
Does anyone know what musical instrument it is?

I can hear a bass guitar on the track.

A bass guitar, and an early Moog or Moog-like synthesizer (that's making the delayed "blooping" sounds)
