I bought the region 1 version and it only had English subtitle option. Normally this would not be a problem for me but Satyricon was such a gorgeous looking film and I felt that I was constantly reading at some points and frankly missing out on the major selling point of the film. Does the region 1 release contain the English dub?

IIRC, I have the dvd with the cover as shown in the icon and it has the English. Seems to not be available at Amazon though...

shareSurprisingly good? Some of the best British voice actors of the day were employed, including Michael Horden saying some choice words I'd never imagined I'd hear coming from the old gentleman's mouth.
Shame the deliberately loose syncing detracts from it a little.
