First film to use the T word?

I've sometimes heard that X was the first film to say "*beep*" or X was the first film to use *beep*

As "twat" is largely confined to Britain, I've never heard what the first film was to say it. I bet that it was probably in Kes though, where it is said in the opening scene. Jud says to Billy, "They wouldn't have a weedy little twat like thee."

This line appears in the novel as well. There was a considerable amount of profanity in the novel that was cut out of the film.

When the sports teacher, played by Brian Glover roughly tackles the schoolboy during the football match doesnt the boy shout "fat twat" at him?

reply

Correct, he does. I think that Kes has got away with a PG rating as most of the swearing is British: twat, git, bugger. IMDB doesn't even beep these words.

Test: does it beep bollocks?
