The DVD Soundtrack
Hi,
Does anyone know if the dvd soundtrack for Hello Dolly is in 5.1 or just in 2 channel soundround. I have the laser disc of Dolly and its in Dolby Digital 5.1
The DVD appears to use 4 channels: Left, Right, Center, and Back Center.
Also, it heavily favors the left audio channel. In fact, some of the singing is strictly in the left audio channel. Very difficult to listen to with headphones. Hurts the ears ;-/
I had to configure the output of the channels with my sound card, but it only does so much. Very poorly done audio track for this DVD.
