Michael Crawford is so adorable in this movie!!!!!!!! Who'd have thought that he'd become a dang hot Phantom 17 years later? Sorry, I just had to say how cute he was.

I'm going to have to agree XD Cornelius is one of the cutest things I've ever seen in my life. But his voice in Hello Dolly doesn't really give any indication of what's to come, haha

Aww, you lucky bum! Yeah, I certainly would never have guessed that his voice would have turned out as awesome as it did after watching Hello, Dolly! But I'm so glad it did! And I'm glad that he stayed so gosh darn cute. Has anyone here read his auto-biography? He's so sweet and funny! I swear to God, he's the cutest guy that ever lived.

I agree. I remember being so surprised when I bought the OLC recording of Phantom.

I think it would of been a shock to people to see Micheal playing a mad, romantic, dramatic charchter when knowing he played funny, shy, crazy Cornelius

I just saw this movie for the first time today and I loved MC from Phantom. When I found out he was in this and I saw him all I could say was AWWWW. Cornelius is so darn cute I just wanted to give him a big hug. lol

For the film the made Cornelius younger for in the play he's over 35.
Charles Nelson Riley was the first to play the role on Broadway
