Musicals You Would Like to See Onscreen

I am curious to see what stage musicals people would like to see done, or redone, on screen. Please give your opinion at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059742/board/thread/116651474?d=116651474&p=1#116651474

Well if you go to his website, Michael Crawford has done a musical version of Wizard of Oz. (Not sure if it can ever top the original).

I'm not sure if you're talking about new musicals or what hasn't been on the big screen for a long time. Most I would love to see on the big screen as I was too young to see them the first time around.

I think most movies can be turned in to musicals with the right talent. Andrew Lloyd Weber seems to be quite successful at it. Not my taste. I like musicals based on a book that have been on Broadway, THEN into a movie.

I would pay serious money to see Lost Horizon (the remake) again...even if on DVD.
